Upstox is a prominent online broker that aims to make investing simpler and more accessible to the masses, by offering a variety of products for its consumers to choose from. The brand approached us with the objective of expanding their user base by attracting and onboarding new customers.
To enhance brand visibility and boost user acquisition, we began by using a data-driven strategy to ensure precise targeting across a plethora of platforms such as YouTube, 3rd Party Publisher Partners, Meta & Google Ads. We then divided users based on their behavior and preferences and optimized their In-App events. Through this approach, the brand witnessed a 40% increase in conversions, 80% increase in app installations, along with a 60% decrease in dropouts and a 50% decrease in the cost per lead.
